Positive: The unit was clean and had a kitchen. It was close to my work.
Negative: There was construction behind my unit starting daily at 7 which woke me. The water in my shower was never hot; I called about it but it was not remedied. The pillow top mattress was painful to my back; I wished I had the option to make the mattress firm.
Summary: Convenience but not comfort.
