It’s the kind of place where your auto mechanic invites you to a crawfish boil and a total stranger may buy you a drink at an Irish pub or a cannoli at an Italian bakery. Take the red streetcar line up Canal to the Cemeteries (Mid-City’s dead neighbors are as interesting as the live ones) or bike the new 2.6-mile-long Lafitte Greenway that stretches from Basin Street to Carrollton Avenue and, conveniently, past a po’ boy shop or two – or 17 – with a sno-ball shop and a micro-brewery thrown in for good measure. Spread out in this beautifully decorated 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit featuring comfortable beds with quality linens, luggage racks, dressers, sound machines, and earplugs for light sleepers. Both full bathrooms include towels, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. In the newly remodeled kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to cook, make coffee or tea, or mix a great cocktail. Relax in one of the two spacious outdoor areas—a charming front porch and a large backyard. The shared backyard has a picnic table and is perfect for pups!
This home is dog-friendly (limit of 2, 25 lbs or less). A non-refundable pet fee is required at booking, so please make sure to include pets in your reservation. Unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 fee on top of the standard charge
**Normal check-in time is 4pm on the arrival date. For check-in's from 1pm - 4:00pm, it's an extra $50 to have an extra cleaner assist with servicing the property. Check-in's before 1pm would require booking the previous night at a much-discounted rate. Contact host for details.
